403 is the room I shared in the very end of my 30-year-old-birthday-trip in Osaka, with an astonishing young girl ("I'm just a kid") and another wild boy in a youth hostel. The night we met, we couldn't go away from each other for hours and hours, until we finally decided to both get a tattoo. Right after that, I was working on my toe, then on her foot... with an ink called "Mignight Blues"... I wished to write a poem to keep this encounter alive, and in the morning after it was done.
This song is dedicated to Kaya.
lyrics
Before the new dawn'll arise and brave flame'll burn long
I will meet you
By the Midnight Blues ink, by the fast looping fluid
I will touch you
In dresses of night and sparkling stars
In tissues of snow and profound blue
In soft skins aware of meaning true
In consciousness settle the healing scars
I will touch you, I will love you
Little sister so far you will be understood
Never give up the fight with help of Mother Moon
Little sister so far you will be understood
Never give up the fight with help of Mother Moon
I believe in you
I believe in you
Absolutely,
Absolutely...
Before the new dawn'll arise and brave flame'll burn long
By the Midnight Blues ink, by the fast looping fluid
I will meet you
I will touch you
In dresses of night and sparkling stars
In tissues of snow and profound blue
In soft skins aware of meaning true
In consciousness settle the healing scars
I will meet you, I will touch you, I'll love you
Oh, my little sister, never give up, never give up, never give up, with help of Mother Moon
I will meet you, I will touch you, I'll love you
